1.Add grease to the transmission parts of the boom, turret, outrigger and pump chassis. Be sure to fill enough butter for the first time, twice a month thereafter, and twice a week for the fourth or fifth arm rotation part.

2.Fill the washing chamber with clean water over the piston rod. Add two liters of lithium base fat or waste oil in winter and a certain amount of washing powder or detergent in summer to enhance piston lubrication. Change as necessary.

3.Shake the manual grease pump until the inner sides of both ends of the mixing shaft and the inner sides of the large and small bearing seats come out of clean lithium grease. If the automatic lubrication of the pump stops to come out of oil, we could stop shaking.

4.Don't forget to pour water in hydraulic oil before departure every day!

5.When cleaning the vehicle, remember that the electric control cabinet and cab can not be flushed, only can be wiped.
