　　Safe operating procedures:

　　1.Site selection:Keep away from obstacles such as high-voltage lines and trees.

　　2.Check before operation:the power switch of the console is in the"off"position.The concrete displacement handle and the mixing device reversing handle should be in the neutral position.

　　3.Outrigger operation:The concrete pump truck should be placed in a horizontal position,and the supporting ground should be flat and solid.To ensure that the work process does not sag.

　　4.Boom operation:When the boom is extended or retracted from the folded state,it must be carried out in the specified order.The boom should not be used in a storm or when the wind is above level 8.

　　Note:It is forbidden to use the boom to lift heavy objects.

　　5.Pumping operation:When starting or stopping pumping,the operator at the end hose should be contacted.The bending radius of the hose at the end shall not be less than 1m and shall not be bent.Reverse the pump 2 to 3 times before dismantling the blocked pipeline,and dismantle it after confirming that there is no residual pressure in the pipeline.

　　6.Inspection after operation:the boom should be fully retracted on the boom support,the outriggers should be fully retracted,and the locking pin should be inserted.The console's power switch should be in the"off"position.
