XRM-C series wheeled cone crusher loaded by the rotary cone crusher adopts XRC hydraulic cone crusher with fully hydraulic closed side adjustment device, which can produce 10-45 mm aggregate. The hydraulic closed side adjusting device of cone crusher is to adjust the setting of crusher quickly and conveniently. The adjustment is carried out through the control box, which makes the system very suitable for the occasions where the discharge port parameters need to be adjusted regularly.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The material is uniformly transported to the cone crusher by the feeder. After the cone crusher is broken, the circular vibrating screen constitutes a closed circuit system to realize the circular crushing of the material. The finished material is output by the belt conveyor for continuous crushing. Conical mobile crushing station can remove circular vibrating screen according to the actual production needs, and realize the direct crushing of materials. It is easy to operate and flexible with other crushing equipment.
