1. The operator is inattentive

The operators of the concrete boom pump truck and the mixing pumping all-in-one machine, should concentrate on the pumping construction and always pay attention to the reading of the pumping pressure gauge. Once the reading of the pressure gauge suddenly increases, they should immediately reverse the pump for 2-3 strokes, and then correct Pump, block the pipe can be eliminated. If it cannot be solved in time, it is recommended to dismantle the pipe.

2. Improper selection of pumping speed and oil pump displacement

When pumping, the choice of speed is very critical, the operator can not blindly map fast, sometimes haste is not enough. Select low displacement when starting pumping. After the pumping is normal, the pumping speed can be appropriately increased.

3. Inappropriate control of residual material

When pumping, the operator must observe the remaining material in the hopper at any time, and the remaining material should not be lower than the stirring shaft. If the remaining material is too small, it is easy to inhale air and cause the pipe to be blocked. The material in the hopper should not be piled up too much, and should be lower than the guardrail, so as to clean up the coarse aggregate and oversized aggregate in time. When the slump of a certain truck of concrete is small, the residual material can be lower than the mixing shaft and controlled above the "S" pipe or the suction port to reduce the mixing resistance, swing resistance and suction resistance. 

4. The slump of concrete is too small to take improper measures

When it is found that the slump of a bucket of concrete is too small and cannot be pumped, the concrete should be released from the bottom of the hopper in time.If you want to save trouble, forced pumping can easily cause blockage. Never add water to the hopper to mix.

5. Excessive downtime

If you wait for the concrete, you can leave more material in the hopper, let the mixing shaft continue to rotate, and pump the concrete every 15 minutes to prevent the pipe from being blocked. It is not suitable for pumping operation for concrete that has been initially set due to long downtime.

6. The pipes are not cleaned 

After each pumping, the conveying pipeline must be cleaned according to the operating procedures. If the last operation has not been cleaned up, the sand and gravel material in the pump pipe will easily block the pipe.

7. Reasons for mechanical failure

If the pumping pressure is insufficient, you can hold the cylinder to check whether the pressure of the pumping system has reached the pressure value (general pumping system setting value: 30MPa);

Pipe sealing, if it is connected to the pump pipe, a small amount of water leakage is allowed when the concrete is pumped for the first time, and there is basically no problem after the mortar is blocked;

Check the tightness of the glasses plate and the cutting ring. If the parts are broken, it is recommended to replace them. If not, you can tighten the large nut of the S tube to increase the tightness;

8. Quality problems of pumped concrete

Concrete stones are recommended not to exceed 4 cm;
