1.Concrete Truck-mounted Boom Pump must be in a flat state,that is to say,the supporting ground should be flat and solid to ensure that it will not sink during the working process,and the outriggers can stably support and fix the whole machine.
2.When the boom is extended or retracted,it must be carried out in the specified order.The slewing operation of the boom must be carried out after the boom completely leaves the bracket.
3.When starting or stopping pumping,contact the operator at the end hose;The bending radius of the end hose shall not be less than 1m,and bending is not allowed;Before disassembling the blocked pipeline,the pump should be reversed for 2-3 times,and the disassembly can be carried out when it is confirmed that there is no residual pressure in the pipeline.
4.The operator must have received the training and guidance from the Truck-mounted Boom Pump manufacturer,have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the pump truck,and have certain operating experience.

Regularly check the water tank,concrete pump and main oil pump of the pumping system.Select the specified type of hydraulic oil,and change the oil for the hydraulic system regularly.
